Tune is amazing! I decided to go with the comport device and couldn’t be happier. Having the options to choose between 6 different modes whenever I want in a matter of minutes is absolutely next level. Not to mention this tool can possibly have endless options should AMR release any new software! My C450 is now a beast! I don’t know where to begin, but I am sharing my story with you that I went with another tuner that promised fantastic performance but did not deliver. I experienced nothing but misfiring issues and poor performance. The other tuner blew me off and refused to refund me after me making aware the issues that they gave me. I contacted Chris from AMR Performance @c_chan450 on ig and have been communicating with him constantly. Chris and Matt from AMR Performance were extremely helpful to me. The engineers at AMR performance identified the issue and helped bring my car back into running state order. They provided great customer service and were constantly helping me and answering any questions I had along the way. They were able to fix the issue with my car and were able to explain why it was not an issue with my car and it was an issue with the previous tune from the other tuner. My car is now making large amount more power and is a night and day difference. After data acquisition and testing, they found that the previous tuner for my car provided my vehicle an unsafe tune that was one step away from a ticking time bomb and causing catastrophic engine failure. In addition, my car made less horsepower than stock. The customer support and interaction with the staff at AMR reflects on the quality and support you receive with the tune. Don’t let the pricing fool you because the commitment that AMR has is something special. I was able to gain an additional 120 wheel horsepower on top of the other tuner safely with no issues. AMR gave me numbers that the competitors couldn’t even come close to.

Great tune. I went with the RV3.1 and have not had any regrets. ECU turn-around was very quick. My C450 is now a beast! Chris (C_Chan450) was readily available to answer any and all questions I had. I came in contact with their NorCal ambassador Chris (ig: c_chan450) who is a truly great guy and a pleasure to do business with. Professional and knowledgeable, he promptly answered any questions I had. He drove to my home and reflashed my ECU. It’s really nice to be able to put a face to the company and have someone like him to talk to about the tunes. So I finally decided to pull the trigger on the stage 1 tune for my C450 AMG after months of looking at the website. The AMR tune completely transformed my car, and puts a smile on my face. My car pulls much harder now and runs smoother, it feels like this is how it should’ve came from the factory. OBD II emissions compliant and retains the factory safety parameters, perfect! I highly recommend AMR and speaking with Chris for your tuning needs. I’ve owned the DINAN and RaceChip piggybacks prior to this and the AMR tune blows them away. The DINAN seemed to do nothing and while the RaceChip seemed decent, it greatly concerned me after they couldn’t tell me what octane their tune was created on. Besides, no piggyback will ever beat a good reflash! It’s well worth the money.

Proud owner of the 2016 Mercedes c450 AMG!! I thought it was fast when I first drove it but quickly realized there is potential for a whole lot more. After months of reading reviews and researching tuning companies I made the decision to go with AMR performance. HANDS DOWN BEST CHOICE OUT THERE!!! I decided to go with the rv3.1 tune with special features. The car is so f-in fast it’s almost scary. You must go with the special features. The burble mode is addicting and turns heads everywhere I go. They are extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions you may have. I talked with Matt over the phone and with one of there ambassadors @c_chan450 multiple times to help make the best decision for me. Very pleased with my decision. Will definitely use them again in the future. Don’t waste your time or money anywhere else.

2016 C450 amg with RV 3.1 Tune. I recently bought my vehicle with 7630 miles a month ago and knew the potential with these turbocharged platforms. I researched many tuners and came across AMR. I reached out to their online customer service and Matt responded. Being how busy they are, Matt took the time to answer every question promptly and their customer service was really the reason I went with them. The other reason is they have C43/C450 in their own garages and that made me feel real comfortable. No other tuners dedicate more time to these vehicles than them. When Matt called, he went over the process and sent me instructions in removing the ecu. In addition, he said there was a promotion going on and I took advantage of the great deal. Last, he said any updates such as the trans and fuel that I resolve them with the dealer before I send out the ECU. I really appreciated the heads up and commitment to ensure we maximize our stock cars before they unleash the beast. Received the ECU today and put it all back. I have read in the forums that it needed a few days to learn and adjust. At first, the car felt smoother, and after 20-30 mins of driving, I felt with my butt dyno the car was coming alive. The pull was harder thru the rev range. The pops and crackles were all there and the car felt plain smoother thru out the rpm. I cant wait to drive it tomorrow. If you want top notch customer service with no jerking around, and experts with our cars, you need to go with AMR Performance.

First time meeting Matt and Robert at AMR! Brought my 2016 Mercedes-Benz C450AMG down for a little tune action, and may I say I am absolutely stunned! Phenomenal customer service on their end, so friendly and funny. Very easy to relate too. I wasn’t too sure if I’d be allowed to be apart of the dyno/tuning process but they had me with them every step of the way! From signing paperwork to taking the car off the dyno fully tuned and sounding wild! The facility, even while under renovation, is very well maintained, which is big in my books! I 100% recommend AMR for all of your vehicles aftermarket tuning needs! Looking forward to events and cookouts at the shop, coming all the way from the North Shore of MA to see these guys! 10/10!
