AMR PERFORMANCE PRODUCT RETURN POLICY



  • AMR Performance does not refund and/or apply credit to any order(s) that was not purchased directly from AMR Performance. Item(s) purchased from an official and/or authorized AMR Performance dealer will fall under the assigned dealer(s) sales rule(s), regulation(s) and return(s) policy.
  • AMR Performance does not offer a refund if on ANY ECU custom tune(s) and/or tuning sessions.
  • AMR Performance does not offer a refund if on ANY ECU software upgrade(s) or tune(s) once the service has started and/or your vehicle is pulled into and/or your ECU has entered our building.
  • AMR Performance does not offer a refund on ANY ECU software upgrade(s) and/or tune(s) once diagnostic and/or programming has commenced/started.
  • AMR Performance does not offer a refund on ANY ECU software upgrade(s) and/or tune(s) purchased at a discount and/or sale and/or special.
  • AMR Performance does not offer a refund if an ECU has been reprogrammed by an outside source other than AMR Performance.
  • AMR Performance does not offer a refund if an ECU has been reprogrammed by an outside source regardless of the situation.
  • AMR Performance does not offer a refund if an ECU has been reprogrammed put back-to-stock by an outside source (non-AMR Performance).
  • AMR Performance does not offer a refund unless the ECU is shipped back to AMR Performance to be put back to stock by AMR Performance.
  • AMR Performance does not offer a refund on ANY “pre-ordered” products and/or software.
  • AMR Performance does not offer a┬árefund on ANY electronics and/or electronic devices such as handhelds, programmers, programming kits, tuning cables, licenses, etc…
  • AMR Performance does not offer a refund on ANY software upgrade(s) or custom tune(s) if the vehicle has any mechanical issues.
  • AMR Performance does not offer a refund on ANY software orders equipped with a devices such as handhelds, programmers, programming kits, tuning cables, licenses, etc…
  • IF an ECU software upgrade and/or product and/or service is purchased during a sale, AMR Performance offers an in-house credit only.
  • IF the item(s) is used and/or has been installed, that item(s) will only be offered a partial credit determined by AMR Performance upon receiving and evaluation.
  • Products Only: IF a warranty card is not filed with AMR Performance then warranty is voided.
  • Products Only: IF warranty card is not received within 30 days of purchase, warranty is voided.
  • Products Only: AMR PERFORMANCE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS PAST 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
  • AMR PERFORMANCE DOES NOT WARRANTY OR REFUND NON-AMR PRODUCTS (I.E.: NON-AMR LICENSE FEES (Ecutek, etc…), NON-AMR HANDHELD DEVICES, NON-AMR PROGRAMMING KITS (Ecutek, etc..), ETC…)
