Parameter Logging:
Once connected to your vehicle, all you would need to do is select “START LIVE MONITORING“. The software will automatically grab the available monitors and, if available, custom monitors that we have designed specifically for your vehicle. To record the live monitor screen, simply select “LOG MONITOR DATA“. To stop monitoring any data, simply select “STOP LIVE MONITORING“.

I bought the tune for my AMG E43. Because of my schedule at work it took me a while to flash it. Ran into a couple of problems, none of which was AMR’s fault. Finally flashed it this morning when I got home from work at 0700. When I started it after the flash, even in the default comfort mode it starts in, it sounded more aggressive. I can’t wait for an unobstructed freeway on ramp! But 100% great customer service and attention to the customer. If you want a tune for a car that they cover, go for it! Thanks to Chris Chan for answering my questions and helping me out through the process. At some point, I am getting downpipes and will go Stage 2.

I talked to Chris Chan multiple times before I bought the tune. he answered all my questions I had. He was there every step of the way for me and helped me tune the car. I have a 2018 Mercedes E43 amg and went with their stage one tune. So far I love it. I love the constant power it has, but still very friendly around town. its hard to stay out of the accelerator, I always want to feel the power. The other day I took it to the beach which was about 110 miles each way. going down I averaged 28.7mpg and about 28.4 on the way back. I’m shocked that the cars making 500 hp and still able to average that. I love the tune and how much it woke the car up. I can’t thank Chris enough.

This tune is Awesome!!! Worked with Chris, c_chan450 on Instagram, and the experience was seamless! Super easy and very informative, answered me very promptly about everything! The guys at the HQ were great as well, always positive and happy to help. I would recommend this company and product to anybody who wants any kind of performance upgrade, I own an E63 and an E43 and the 43 with the stage 1 tune feels almost as fast the 63! It’s unbelievable! Daily drivable and performance is through the roof!

Was given AMR Performance COMPORT for my E43 AMG as a birthday gift from my wife (I asked for it). It was easy to load, came slightly faster than I expected. Chris aka @c_chan450 helped me tremendously prior to making the purchase. Spoke to me over the phone and give me a great understanding of what the product does, what to expect in terms of gains from my vehicle and he answered all my questions without ever being pushy or sounds like a sales person (he is not a sales person, hes just passionate about the product and knows what hes talking about). Long story short, it was a great move. The car feels NOTICEABLY faster. in any mode, comfort, sport or sport plus, the car is noticeably better but in SPORT+ it is just a new beast. Sounds better with burbles and shifts. Could not be more satisfied with it. Hopefully next year downpipes and stage 2!! Also, I ran into a very very minor hiccup while trying to load the tune ( I did not click ON button twice). I reached out to AMR performance and not only did I get an email reply, but i got a direct call from Matt at AMR. he politely explained what to do and during my lunch break the car turned into a beast.
