Since our website offers non-tangible service(s) and/or aftermarket tangible item(s) , we do not provide refunds after the product and/or service is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product and/or item and/or service on the website. I understand that if I take my vehicle to another facility, aftermarket shop, dealership, anyone, or myself reprogram any module, which includes but is not limited to my / the vehicle’s ECU, TCU, or CPC, that was programmed originally with AMR Performance software, that I will need to purchase the software/item/service at M.S.R.P. as if I was a first time purchaser and do not hold AMR Performance responsible.
I fully understand that I am purchasing products and/or software and/or services from AMR Performance with the intention of using these products for Racing Competition Only. I understand that some or all of these parts may not comply with Federal, State, Province, and/or Local laws, ordinances, and regulations. I, as the buyer, take full responsibility to ensure that any and/or all of the modifications and/or upgrades that I have done to my vehicle conform to all applicable laws and regulations for road use, especially pertaining to safety and emissions. I acknowledge that AMR Performance has made me aware that certain parts, products, software and/or services are intended for Racing Competition Only and are not meant to be used on a road car. I understand that AMR Performance, due to the nature of services and/or products provided, can void and/or cancel services and/or updates and/or product orders without any notice or indication of intent. In doing so, I acknowledge that I will waive all rights to dispute and/or rebuttal any charges paid to AMR Performance. I take full responsibility for the amount(s) paid and/or given to AMR Performance. I waive any and all legal rights to pursue AMR Performance for any and/or all finance matters regarding funds spent with AMR Performance and/or their affiliates. I absolve AMR Performance for any and all burden of responsibility in ensuring my car satisfies regulations set forth by Federal, State, and/or Local governing agencies. This waiver of compliance shall be in force for all past, current, and future purchases from AMR Performance.
